Agreement to Terms: By placing an order through our site, you agree to these terms and conditions (the "Terms") and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree to these Terms or the Privacy Policy, you must not place an order.
Sales and Refunds: All sales are final. Once an order has been placed, it cannot be cancelled or refunded.
Right to Refuse Orders: We reserve the right to refuse any order, for any reason, at our sole discretion, even after receipt of payment.
Availability of Digital Content: Purchased digital content will be hosted online and available until the end of 2024. Beyond that date, we make no guarantees about continued availability.
Delivery of Physical Cookbooks: Please allow 3-4 weeks for delivery of physical cookbooks. This timeline is an estimate and actual delivery time may vary.
Intellectual Property Rights: All intellectual property rights in our products, including copyrights, trademarks, and other related rights, are owned by us and protected by applicable laws.
Limitation of Liability and Disclaimers: We are not responsible for any health issues that may arise from the use of the cookbook. You should always consult with a healthcare professional before starting any diet, including those suggested in the cookbook.
Dispute Resolution: Any disputes arising from these Terms will be resolved through arbitration in Massachusetts, in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association.
Third-Party Services: Our order process and cookbook hosting are facilitated by Squarespace, and recipe ingredient ordering is done via Instacart. We are not responsible for any issues arising from these third-party services.
Changes to These Terms: We reserve the right to amend these Terms at any time, at our sole discretion.
